Innovation comes through testing tactics and models, exploring new tools and infrastructure, all evolving for today’s conditions. Simultaneously, we support working people in wielding their leverage in the most consequential fights happening right now.
Meet the leadership team

is a strategist and operational leader with a background in government, tech, and values-aligned organizations. She previously served in the New York City Mayor’s Office, helped scale healthcare access at PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy, and co-hosts Bloomberg Beta’s [Going to Work] conference.

is a political philosopher and philanthropic entrepreneur who has co-founded and helped shape several of the most influential funding vehicles for progressive movements in the U.S. including Solidaire and Way to Win. She is the author of Solidarity: The Past, Present, and Future of a World-Changing Idea. Her work focuses on the relationship between solidarity, democracy, and economic power.

is a veteran labor leader and institutional builder with a deep background in both workplace organizing and campaigns. As a union organizer, co-founder of United for Respect, and campaigner in the service and retail sectors, she brings a practitioner’s lens to the future of organizing.
